Who we are
Geoff and Gemma Parker
HMO Partners is the investment brand of husband-and-wife team Geoff and Gemma Parker. We started with buy-to-let flats in Liverpool city centre in 2009 and have specialised in HMOs since 2014. Along the way we have:
- converted houses into HMOs from 5 to 9 bedrooms, including Sui Generis HMOs
- turned a hotel into a 16-bedroom HMO
- built a specialist HMO letting agency, Now Rooms, which had 800 rooms under management when we sold it in 2019
- founded HMOsales.com in 2018, a one-stop shop for HMO sales, valuations, consultancy, mortgages and training
- brokered over £100m of HMO sales and consulted on thousands of HMOs across the country
How you can invest
Two ways to invest with us
Joint venture partnerships
You provide capital and we do the rest: finding the deal, managing the conversion, refinancing and management. We agree the structure and exit for each project together, in writing, before any money changes hands.
Lending
You lend to a specific HMO project for an agreed term. Every loan is documented in a written loan agreement, and security is discussed and agreed for each project.
We don’t publish opportunities, rates or returns on this website. Investment sizes and terms are discussed privately, and only with investors who have confirmed they qualify (see Important information below).
