How does it work

We develop HMOs and our partners see a return on investing in our schemes. The set up of each Joint Venture partnership varies depending on the needs of the partnership and sometimes on the deal itself.

To begin with we want to get to know our partners on a personal level to find common ground in our lives. Then in terms of investing we want to know how we can help our partners and what it is they want for their money and why property over other assets. We then tailor a joint venture investment programme between us both. This can be organised over one or many phone calls or meetings.

Why Invest with Us

We are highly experienced in HMOs and we believe our track record speaks for itself. We wish to continue investing in joint venture HMO projects and allow our partners to benefit from our
experience. We have been investing in property for 11 years starting with flats, then BTLs, then residential flips, then HMOs of all sizes, commercial conversions and are now completing land deals.

We have been buying, renovating and converting HMOs for six years and completed 20 HMO deals of our own in that time. We are now working with more private partners to allow us to do more deals. Whilst we have developed HMOs for their cashflow benefit, we are also experienced in building and selling HMOs once they have reached maturity. It’s important that we have more than one exit.

We control a number of HMO related assets, including HMOsales.com and Guaranteedliverpoollets.co.uk, whilst also running various tenant Facebook groups. In 2019 we brokered 12 HMO sales to private individuals in Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK worth a combined value of £3.2m. In 2015 Geoff also established a dedicated HMO letting agency from scratch. After reaching 800 rooms across 80 properties ranging from 3 bedrooms to 120 room student blocks, the agency was sold in 2019.

We are now focusing solely on HMO developments with JV partners.

Who are We

We are normal people with 3 lively boys aged 6, 4 and 6 months. We enjoy a family rich life keeping the children entertained which normally revolves around a lot of outdoor activities like biking, football and climbing trees! Without the kids, we enjoy socialising as a couple like charity events and networking.
